Product Description - Traditional Preparation of Matcha Green Tea

Step 1: Sift 1 gram of Matcha Organics Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea into a tea bowl to prevent clumping. 1 gram of matcha equals about 1/2 a teaspoon.

Step 2: Pour approximately 2 oz of almost boiling water over the dry Matcha, lightly combine, and let the mixture cool for a minute.

Step 3: Using a bamboo whisk called a chasen, whisk the mixture in a loose "W" or "M" shaped motion until the Matcha is foamy and frothy.

Step 4: Some like it thick and strong, and some like it thin and light. Add additional hot water to YOUR liking and ENJOY your Matcha!
