MATCHA PREPARATION GUIDE
If you lack a traditional matcha bowl, any wide-mouthed ceramic or porcelain bowl will suffice. We recommend using a bamboo whisk to avoid scratching your bowl while combining the matcha with water.

Start by scooping 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of matcha into your chosen bowl. Add 2.5 ounces of hot water at 170°F. Whisk vigorously until the matcha is well combined and frothy.
